The ca1 model was first published in Bezaire et al (in preparation). This full-scale, biologically constrained ca1 network model exhibits spontaneous theta and gamma rhythms without any rhythmic input. We altered the network in a variety of ways to characterize the roles of different network components in the spontaneous oscillations.

Graphical Tour of Model
The graphical tour of the ca1 network model characterizes the cells, synapses, and ion channels in experimental terms. In addition, the tour provides tables of properties and an interactive visualization of the model results (network behavior).
